Terms of Service | Azure Helm Bali Luxury Yacht Charter

These terms govern your use of baliluxuryyachtcharter.com and any charter enquiry or booking you make through Azure Helm. Azure Helm is a concierge brand operated by Bali Premium Trip that arranges ultra-premium day charters via vetted licensed partners. We are not the yacht owner or operator. By requesting a quote you accept the terms below.

_Last reviewed: as of 2026. These terms are subject to change; the version published here at the time of your booking applies._

Who are you contracting with?

Azure Helm is a trading and concierge brand for luxury motor-yacht and superyacht day charters departing Benoa Harbour, Bali. The brand is operated by Bali Premium Trip, and the website is published by Juara Holding Group.

When you book, you are arranging a charter that is fulfilled by a vetted licensed vessel owner or operator — not by Azure Helm directly. Our role is that of a concierge and booking coordinator: we match you to a suitable yacht, relay your requirements, arrange the reservation, and support you before and during the charter day.

Here is who does what:

Party Role Responsibility
You (the client) Guest / charterer Accurate guest details, payment, conduct on board
Azure Helm (Bali Premium Trip) Concierge / booking coordinator Quotes, coordination, partner vetting, support
Vessel owner / operator Charter provider The yacht, crew, safety, insurance, operation
Juara Holding Group Website publisher Site content and editorial

Because the yacht is owned and operated by a third party, the safe operation of the vessel, crew conduct, seaworthiness and insurance are the responsibility of that licensed operator. We select partners carefully, but we do not warrant or guarantee their performance.

How do enquiries and quotes work?

Every charter starts as an enquiry, usually by WhatsApp (+62 811 2859 0000) or email (sales@balipremiumtrip.com). We reply with an indicative quote based on your date, guest count, itinerary and vessel preference.

A few things to understand about quotes:

  • Quotes are indicative until confirmed. No published superyacht day-charter tariff exists for Bali; pricing is quoted per charter (per yacht, not per guest) and depends on vessel, season, fuel, crew and add-ons. Regional context — for example Asia Global Yachting citing Bali day charters from around USD 2,500 per day, and the Sailo marketplace showing Bali boats averaging roughly USD 1,230 per day — is background only, not a rate card.
  • A quote is not a reservation. Availability is confirmed only when the operator accepts the booking and any deposit is received.
  • Add-ons are itemised. Fuel, crew gratuity, catering, water toys, audio-visual and concierge extras are quoted separately so you see what is included.
  • Figures are date-stamped. Any price we cite is valid as of 2026 and subject to change until your booking is confirmed in writing.

What confirms a booking?

A booking becomes firm when all of the following are in place:

  1. You accept the written quote (WhatsApp or email confirmation is sufficient).
  2. The vessel operator confirms availability for your date.
  3. The agreed deposit or full payment is received and cleared.
  4. We issue you a written booking confirmation.

Until you receive that confirmation, no charter slot is held for you. Prices and availability can move quickly in peak season, so we recommend confirming promptly.

You are responsible for giving us accurate guest information — full names, passport details where required, guest count and any mobility, dietary or medical needs. Charters have maximum guest capacities set by the operator and by Indonesian safety rules; we cannot exceed them, and we cannot be held responsible for a refused boarding caused by inaccurate information you supplied.

What is the cancellation and change framing?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set by the individual vessel operator and are confirmed in writing with each specific booking, because they vary by yacht, season and deposit level. As a general framing:

Situation Typical framing (confirmed per booking)
Client cancellation Deposit may be partly or fully non-refundable; closer to the date, more of the charter fee may apply
Client reschedule Often possible subject to availability and any price difference
Weather / safety cancellation by operator Captain’s decision is final; reschedule or refund options per operator policy
No-show Generally treated as a full-fee cancellation

The captain has final authority on whether it is safe to sail, to alter the route, or to shorten a charter for weather, sea state or safety reasons. Decisions made for safety are not a breach of contract and are handled under the operator’s weather policy, which we will share with you before you pay.

We will always tell you the exact cancellation terms for your chosen yacht before you commit any payment.

What are the limits on our liability?

Please read this section carefully. Because Azure Helm is a concierge and coordinator rather than the asset owner, our liability is limited accordingly.

  • We arrange charters via vetted licensed partners. We do not own, operate, crew or insure the yachts.
  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay or disappointment arising from the operation of the vessel, the conduct of the crew, or events beyond our control (weather, sea conditions, port authority decisions, mechanical failure, force majeure).
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the concierge/booking fee we actually earned on that booking.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud.
  • We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax or immigration adviser. Any information on this site about permits, visas or regulations is general and educational, not advice. You are responsible for your own compliance.

You agree to hold the operator’s safety briefing, conduct and insurance as matters between you and that operator, and to follow the crew’s lawful instructions on board.

What about permits, visas and regulations?

For charters on Indonesian-flagged commercial yachts, the licensed operator handles the required clearances. If you are arranging a foreign private yacht, additional Indonesian formalities apply — including an Indonesian Cruising Permit (the “Vessel Declaration”), a customs temporary-import permit valid up to three years, CAIT security clearance, PIB import notification at the first port, and passport stamping by Immigration at Benoa. Indonesia offers a 60-day tourist visa (visa-on-arrival for most nationalities), and guests are treated as tourists. We can point you to licensed agents for this, but the responsibility for compliance rests with the vessel and its owner. This paragraph is general information as of 2026, not legal advice.

How is your personal data handled?

We collect only what we need to arrange your charter — name, contact details, guest information and booking preferences.

  • Indonesia UU PDP (Law No. 27 of 2022): As a business operating in Indonesia, we process your personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law. We use your data to respond to enquiries, coordinate bookings with operators, and provide concierge support. We do not sell your data.
  • International visitors (GDPR-awareness): If you contact us from the EU/UK, we recognise that data-protection rights such as access, correction and erasure may apply to you. We aim to honour reasonable requests of this kind.
  • Sharing: We share only the details necessary to fulfil your booking with the relevant vessel operator and, where required, licensed clearance agents.
  • Your requests: To access, correct or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp +62 811 2859 0000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com.

By enquiring, you consent to us contacting you about your charter through WhatsApp and email.

What else should you know?

  • No guaranteed outcomes. We do not promise specific sightings (manta rays, dolphins), weather, or experiences that depend on nature and sea conditions.
  • Content accuracy. We keep site information current and date-stamped, but details such as the Bali Benoa Marina build-out (with 180 berths and superyacht slips reported by industry sources through 2027) may change; we do not warrant that every third-party figure remains exact.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled in good faith first through direct discussion.
  • Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your booking applies.
