In short
A Bali luxury yacht charter is priced per yacht per day, not per guest — typically from around USD 2,500 upward for premium motor yachts departing Benoa Harbour, with fuel, crew, catering and water toys itemised. All figures are indicative, as of 2026, and subject to change.
Pricing & practicalities
Cost, capacity and policies
How is a Bali yacht charter priced?
Per yacht, per day — not per head. One rate covers the vessel and crew for the booked hours. As of 2026, Asia Global Yachting cites Bali day charters from around USD 2,500; Sailo shows Bali boats averaging roughly USD 1,230 (about USD 319–7,272).
What's included, and what costs extra?
A base day charter typically includes the vessel, professional crew, safety equipment and the agreed route. Chef menus, premium wine, jet skis, DJs, photographers and similar extras are itemised add-ons.
How many guests can a yacht hold?
It depends on the vessel. Day-charter motor yachts from Benoa commonly host up to 12 for cruising; larger superyachts carry more for events. We confirm the exact figure for your yacht before booking.
Are airport and hotel transfers included?
They are arranged as an add-on. Benoa is roughly 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai and close to the Nusa Dua and Seminyak hotel belts, so private transfers are easy to schedule.
What is your cancellation and weather policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the vessel and partner and are confirmed in writing. If conditions are unsafe, the captain's decision stands and we work with you on rescheduling.

Routes, season & occasions
Where, when and what for
Where do charters depart, and where can they go?
All charters depart Benoa Harbour, about 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai airport. Day routes cover Nusa Dua, the Uluwatu cliffs, Nusa Penida (Crystal Bay, manta sites) and Nusa Lembongan (beach clubs, snorkelling).
When is the best season to charter in Bali?
Charters run year-round. Drier months generally bring calmer seas for Penida and Lembongan; the wetter season can favour sheltered south-coast and Nusa Dua cruising. We advise on realistic conditions for your date.
Can you arrange sunset, proposal or corporate charters?
Yes — sunset cruises, proposals, birthdays and corporate events are the core formats, with catering, floral, AV and photography tailored as add-ons.
How does booking work?
Enquire on WhatsApp with your date, group size and occasion; we match vessels with an indicative quote, hold the date with written terms, arrange catering and transfers, and you meet the crew at Benoa.

Licensing, safety & permits
Licences, insurance and paperwork
Is the operation licensed and registered?
Yes. Charters are arranged through vetted, licensed partners, and Benoa is a fully controlled commercial port. Benoa Marina Bali states it is officially registered and licensed by Indonesian authorities.
What about insurance and safety on board?
Every chartered vessel carries insurance and crew-managed safety equipment, and crews are briefed for the day's conditions. Flag any medical, mobility or safety needs to the concierge in advance.
What permits do foreign yachts need in Indonesia?
An Indonesian Cruising Permit (the "Vessel Declaration") plus a customs temporary-import permit of up to 3 years, usually filed online about 48 hours before arrival. PIB, CAIT and PEB follow; passports are stamped at Benoa.
What documents do arriving guests and crew need?
Passports valid at least 180 days beyond the stay; a 60-day tourist visa, on arrival for most nationalities. Cruising-permit papers include registration, insurance with wreck-removal cover, crew and guest lists and last port clearance.
