Who exactly is Azure Helm?
Azure Helm is a brand and booking desk operated by Bali Premium Trip. We arrange ultra-premium motor-yacht and superyacht day charters departing Benoa Harbour, and we coordinate the concierge details around them: catering, transfers, water toys, AV, and celebration logistics.
We are a concierge and broker. On many charters we are not the asset owner. The vessels, crews and marine services are supplied by third-party owners and operators licensed to work in Indonesian waters, and Azure Helm arranges access to them on your behalf. Where a yacht is owned or directly operated by our partner network, we say so; where it is not, treat the booking as “arranged via vetted licensed partners.”

What do the prices on this site actually mean?
Every rate, figure and range we publish is indicative as of 2026 and subject to change. No public superyacht day-charter tariff exists for Benoa, so the numbers you see are concierge estimates drawn from regional market context, not a fixed price list.
For reference, industry sources we cite in prose show wide ranges: Asia Global Yachting has referenced Bali day charters from around USD 2,500 per day; the Sailo marketplace shows Bali boats averaging roughly USD 1,230 per day; and nearby Labuan Bajo luxury charters run from about USD 1,900 per night to USD 20,000 and above for ultra-premium vessels. These are context, not quotations for any specific yacht.
Your binding price is only the one written in a formal quotation from our reservations team, valid for the dates and vessel named in it. Pricing is normally stated per yacht, per day — not per guest — with fuel, crew gratuities, catering, water toys, AV, port fees and concierge extras itemised separately. Currency conversions between USD and IDR move with the market, and any government fee, such as a cruising-permit processing charge, is passed through at cost.
Who is responsible once you are on the water?
The licensed captain and operator of each vessel hold command and full responsibility for safety, navigation, seaworthiness and crew conduct at sea. Azure Helm arranges the booking; we do not sail the boat, and we do not override a captain’s decision.
Itineraries to Nusa Dua, the Uluwatu cliffs, Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan are always conditional. Weather, sea state, tides, port-authority clearance and the captain’s judgment can shorten, reroute or postpone any charter without notice. Transit times between points are ranges, not fixed minutes, because they depend on vessel speed and conditions on the day.
We make no guarantees of outcomes. That includes weather, sea conditions, wildlife sightings such as manta rays at Nusa Penida, the success of a proposal or event, or the availability of any specific berth, slip or vessel. Marina build-out timelines we mention — for example the Bali Benoa Marina phasing reported by industry sources — are third-party projections that commonly slip, and we present them as such.
What are the booking and payment terms?
- A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and the agreed deposit clears. Verbal or chat-based holds are provisional.
- Deposits, balance-due dates, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are governed by the individual operator’s contract for your charter, which we share before you pay.
- Passports, visas and cruising permits are your responsibility; we can point you to licensed agents, but we do not issue government documents. Indonesia’s tourist-visa and vessel-clearance rules change, so verify current requirements before travel.
- Force majeure, port closures and safety stand-downs are handled under the operator’s terms, not by Azure Helm discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Azure Helm and Juara Holding Group act as intermediaries and are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from the acts, omissions or equipment of third-party owners, operators, captains or suppliers. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How do we handle your personal data?
When you contact us on WhatsApp (+62 811 2859 0000) or by email (sales@balipremiumtrip.com), you share personal data — your name, contact details, travel dates and charter preferences — so we can prepare a quotation and coordinate your booking. We take that seriously.
We process your data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP), and we are mindful of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our international guests. In practice that means the commitments below.
