Departure
What the departure is like at Benoa Harbour
Benoa is Bali's main commercial port and primary yacht gateway, about 30 minutes by road from Ngurah Rai Airport. Your driver takes you dock-side — there is no terminal queue for a private charter.
For a locally operated day charter you need nothing beyond normal ID. Vessel Declaration permits and CAIT clearances apply to foreign private yachts, not day guests.

Is the price per guest?
No. All rates are per yacht and settle at your invoice-date exchange rate. Chef service, provisioning, water toys, AV and styling are itemised separately.
Do I need any paperwork for a day charter?
Normal ID is enough for a locally operated day charter. Vessel Declaration permits, agent-filed customs notifications and CAIT clearances apply only to foreign private yachts entering Indonesia.
How far ahead should I book?
Most shortlists go out within hours. For New Year week, Chinese New Year, July and August, lock your yacht four to eight weeks ahead.
